WHAT IS LEADERSHIP DIXIE?
Leadership Dixie is an immersive community leadership program that takes participants beyond their everyday circles and behind the scenes of Washington County. Through monthly Challenge Days, participants explore the people, organizations, opportunities, and issues shaping our community while building meaningful relationships with leaders across industries and sectors.
The result is a deeper understanding of where we live, a stronger network, and greater capacity to lead, serve, and make an impact.
